Experienced customer service technicians are experienced, fast and reliable in the assembly of KEUCO products in customers’ private bathrooms.


The assembly of mirror cabinets or complete washbasin systems, consisting of washbasin substructure, washbasin and vanity units, can be ordered. This saves time and capacity for other tasks. The customers are given a bathroom that has been finished with quality and precision by KEUCO customer service technicians.

Manufacturer’s guarantee

In order to be able to offer customers special customer service beyond the seller’s statutory warranty, KEUCO provides a voluntary 3-year manufacturer’s warranty for the products.
The manufacturer’s warranty begins two years and ends five years after the purchase of the product (warranty period).
Within this manufacturer’s warranty period, proven product defects will be rectified free of charge, at the choice of repair, replacement of parts or replacement delivery of the product. No further warranty services are provided.
