The “Neue Mitte Westerland” combines the original nature and urban lifestyle of the North Sea island
The “Neue Mitte Westerland” apartments are located in the middle of the bustling city of the island. They are used as holiday accommodation or year-round residence in the best location. A total of 22 residential units were built on the three upper floors. The top floor is reserved for two luxurious penthouses, beneath which there are a variety of apartment types. Large terraces thanks to the staggered structure, open floor plans and interior design in the typical island style characterise the living quality of the “Neue Mitte Westerland”. Six exclusive retail spaces and fine boutiques are located on the ground floor. The well-thought-out mixed-use concept was designed by the Hamburg-based project developer DC Developments.
The architects of UK2 Urban Architecture from Hamburg have placed great emphasis on timeless design, high-quality materials and the best quality when selecting the products for the furnishings of the apartments. It is only obvious that KEUCO washbasins, bathroom furniture, light mirrors and accessories have made their way into the luxurious bathrooms.
The washbasin with anthracite-coloured base unit of the EDITION 11 from KEUCO adds a sophisticated touch and forms the centrepiece of any light-flooded bathroom. The shiny glass front creates an extravagant flair.
The light mirror has been chosen to match the straight-lined design of the bathroom furniture. The light mirror of the EDITION 11 draws the eye to itself in a formal minimalistic way. The wide, side light wings are striking. When closely examined, they turn out to be swivelling and reveal a mirror that can be swivelled out. The light mirror thus offers a perfect all-round view. At the same time, the intelligent lighting concept always ensures individually adjustable, optimal facial illumination.
The innovative EDITION 11 interior design concept by KEUCO, designed by Tesseraux + Partner, Potsdam, has been specially developed for sophisticated interior design and offers individual solutions for creative and sophisticated bathroom planning.
