KEUCO design products in the bathrooms of Hamburger Gasthaus
Manege free for the “circus of the future”: Villa Viva Hamburg surprises with an exciting new hotel concept. The design of the inn is colourful and each corner is individually designed - some rooms even in collaboration with prominent support from musician Jan Delay and presenter Barbara Schöneberger. “A Place of Togetherness” - because no matter what ideas, needs or wishes the guests bring, everyone will find the right accommodation here.
Villa Viva Hamburg is the social hostel of Viva con Agua and home port hotels. At least 40% of the profits from the hotel’s operations go to water projects and support the work of the non-profit association Viva con Agua de Sankt Pauli e.V. In Villa Viva, you can therefore do good with an overnight stay while sleeping. This is an initiative that KEUCO also supports in terms of its own sustainability strategy, as the association supports WASH projects (WASH stands for water, sanitation and hygiene).
The special hotel consistently focuses on sustainability - from the raw materials used to the equipment. Recycled or low-CO2 materials were mainly inserted. Villa Viva is colourful, unconventional and inspiring. You immediately feel welcome and part of a big community. Employees spread joy and positive activism. The whole inn is colourful and artistic.
The loving design of the building and each room offers a unique experience for the senses. It is a masterpiece of sustainable architecture and interior design for the medium Architekten and Ufd Hamburg. Many works by different artists decorate the walls of the rooms and corridors.
The iconic Hamburg artist Rebelzer has also immortalised himself in the KEUCO Artroom and calls out to drink water with his freaks. Maritime motifs meet well-thought-out and coordinated interior design with matt black KEUCO mixer taps and accessories in the bathrooms. The bathroom furniture in anthracite was also manufactured by KEUCO.
Modern, matt BLACK mixer taps and accessories from the KEUCO BLACK SELECTION can be found throughout the guesthouse. The PLAN blue mixer taps in the shower and the IXMO mixer taps at the washbasin create powerful accents and fit into the most varied design concepts of the bathrooms.
The PLAN toilet paper holders, toilet brush sets, spare roller holders, towel hooks, bath towel rails and REVA shower shelves show how stylish everyday accessories can look. All KEUCO products are produced in Germany and underline the sustainable concept of the hotel’s interior design.
In the accessible rooms, guests can use KEUCO products from the AXESS series, designed by Studio F. A. Porsche. The railing system and bathroom stool provide safety and comfort in the shower. AXESS drop-down support rails are attached to the toilet. When they are not needed, they can be folded up to be discreet and flat against the wall.
The suites in Villa Viva, which were furnished by musician Jan Delay and presenter Barbara Schöneberger, have been equipped with EDITION 400 mixer taps and accessories from KEUCO in fine brushed bronze. Each room reflects the style and preferences of the respective artist without exception and tastefully.
In the semi-public toilets, which are part of the RoofDrop Bar and the Viva Cantina restaurant, hygienic, contactless comfort is the focus with matt black IXMO sensor fittings. When adjusted accordingly, the sensor housings score points at the same time in terms of sustainability and resource conservation. Thanks to precise dosing, water and costs can be saved - in keeping with the company’s philosophy.
