Maintenance advice

Accessory Items
Not much equipment is needed for proper care: Dirt and limescale can be removed with a soft cloth, water and a skin-friendly cleaner, preferably washing-up liquid. In principle, the use of alcoholic and acidic cleaning or disinfectants, scouring and abrasive agents or so-called limescale removers should be avoided. Such agents destroy the surface and impair secure adhesion to the wall.
FITTINGS
Acids are indispensable as a component of cleaners for removing limescale deposits. However, when maintaining fittings, it must always be ensured, among other things, that only those cleaning agents are used that are expressly intended for this area of application and the corresponding surface. The instructions for use of the cleaning agent manufacturer must be strictly observed. In addition, pad sponges may not be used, but a cotton cleaning cloth may be used.
BATHROOM FURNITURE
The bathroom furniture should always be cleaned using soft, slightly damp cloths or leather cloths. Dry all parts thoroughly after use or cleaning. For stubborn stains, it is recommended to add some spirit or a skin-friendly detergent to the lukewarm water and wipe dry with a soft, lint-free cloth after cleaning. Never use acetic or citric acid, alcohol-based cleaning agents, scouring agents, solvent-based cleaners or other chemicals for cleaning.
Mirrors/mirror cabinets
The bathroom furniture should always be cleaned using soft, slightly damp cloths or leather cloths. Dry all parts thoroughly after use or cleaning. The washbasin
Soft, slightly damp cloths or leather cloths should always be used for cleaning. For stubborn dirt, we recommend the KEUCO “Mineral cast cleaning and care product”, which is included as an accessory with every KEUCO mineral cast sink.
Cleaning the surface is very easy. This is done with warm water, a soft cloth or sponge and ordinary glass or vinegar cleaners. Only agents without abrasive components may be used.
KEUCO ceramic washbasins are finished with the special CLEANPLUS surface sealer. This makes care and cleaning even faster and easier. Warm water and a mild detergent are sufficient to clean the washbasin.
For the first few months, it is recommended to use a mild scouring milk once or twice a month to maintain an even surface. Then wash the surface with clean water and dry with a soft cloth. Use warm water, mild detergent and a soft cloth for daily cleaning of the washbasin.

Guaranteed long-term enjoyment of the product: In order to be able to offer customers special customer service beyond the seller’s statutory warranty, KEUCO provides a voluntary 3-year manufacturer’s warranty for the products. The manufacturer’s warranty begins two years and ends five years after the purchase of the product (warranty period).
